Role Description:
The TA Analytics Executive will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on talent acquisition data to drive strategic decisions and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process at Listenlights. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency with HR analytics tools, and an in-depth understanding of recruitment metrics. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex data into actionable insights, support talent acquisition teams, and contribute to improving recruitment practices.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Data Collection & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on key talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, candidate quality, and diversity metrics.
Create regular and ad-hoc reports to track and assess the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
- Recruitment Process Analysis:
Analyze the recruitment funnel, from sourcing to offer acceptance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide insights into bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas of high performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with TA Managers, recruiters, and HR leaders to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that will improve hiring strategies.
Support the team by providing data analysis on talent pipelines, candidate engagement, and recruitment efforts.
- Predictive Analytics:
Utilize advanced analytics and predictive models to forecast hiring trends, talent needs, and pipeline health.
Identify patterns in hiring data to proactively recommend actions to improve the recruitment process.
- Benchmarking & Market Insights:
Conduct labor market analysis and compare the company’s recruitment performance with industry standards and competitors.
Provide insights on compensation trends, skill availability, and talent demand to inform recruitment strategies.
- Diversity and Inclusion Analytics:
Track and analyze diversity-related recruitment data.
Provide insights to help the TA team meet diversity goals and improve the inclusivity of recruitment practices.
- System and Tool Optimization:
Maintain and optimize recruitment analytics tools and systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Excel, Power BI).
Work with the HRIS/ATS teams to integrate data sources and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across platforms.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the talent acquisition function.
Implement and recommend new methods, tools, or strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- KPI and Metrics Management:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment process.
Regularly assess the performance of talent acquisition campaigns and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results.
- Candidate Experience Analysis:
Analyze feedback from candidates regarding their recruitment experience and identify areas for improvement.
Work with the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Must Have Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a recruitment, data analysis, or HR analytics role.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and analytics software/tools.
- Proven track record of working with recruitment metrics and using data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics, sourcing channels, and hiring trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose data-driven solutions.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Thinker: Ability to break down complex data into understandable, actionable insights and provide recommendations.
- Proactive: Ability to take initiative, identify trends, and suggest improvements without being prompted.
- Collaborative: Strong team player who can work effectively with various departments and stakeholders across the business.
