VP of Enterprise Sales would be responsible to lead a pan-India sales team of 50+ in metro cities to accelerate new accounts acquisition for the company and work closely with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and close significant corporate accounts. Your role is critical in driving revenue growth and solidifying our position as a premier corporate hospitality provider.
Reports into CBO and working closely with founders & other function heads
Location: Gurgaon (WFO-5 days)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Understand how Sales works in India and develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy.
Identify and prioritize Sales Funnel, Top of the funnel development and drive Conversions within the corporate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and procurement decision-makers.
Team Management:
Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to the sales team.
Set clear performance goals, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback.
Sales Execution:
Drive the entire Sales lifecycle with the team, build the right pitch for higher conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
Revenue Generation:
Exceed revenue targets and drive profitable growth for the enterprise segment.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Proactively address client needs and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Tier -1/2 MBA graduates with 10-15 years of proven track record in scaling the enterprise business or B2B startup.
Has done Sizeable Sales/ B2b P&L targets handled & achievements delivered
Managed sales/ BD teams of 15-20 or more
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
