Chief of Staff Experience: 5+ years Visakhapatnam Office Work Hours: 8pm to 5am (US Shift) Unity Growth Fund is an emerging venture capital firm based in Washington DC, specializing in private investments in the technology sector. We are seeking a highly experienced Chief of Staff to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling the company. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure smooth operations, strategic initiatives, and team alignment. Work with senior leadership to scale the team by identifying key talent needs and facilitating the hiring process. Manage team dynamics and help build a cohesive, high-performing team culture. Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the firm runs smoothly, meeting all key deadlines and objectives. Act as the liaison between different teams, ensuring that key initiatives are tracked, deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved. Ensure alignment across the firm’s various departments (investment, portfolio management, finance, operations, etc.). Support the leadership team in executing strategic initiatives, including fundraising, investor relations, and portfolio management. Assist with the execution of special projects as needed, acting as a problem solver and decision-maker in a fast-paced environment. Drive projects to completion by setting priorities, delegating tasks, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives. Help resolve bottlenecks or challenges that may arise in the course of day-to-day operations. 5+ years of experience in an executive or leadership role in a fast-paced organization. ~ Proven track record of scaling teams, driving operational efficiency, and executing complex projects. ~ Strong business acumen with an understanding of the venture capital ecosystem. ~ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
