Head - Sales and Marketing - ( Building Project.) Industry - Real Estate Experience – 15-20 Years Education – Any Graduate Role & responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Candidate will be responsible to lead the team (Sales & Marketing Division) of Building Project. 2.⁠ ⁠Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets 3.⁠ ⁠Responsible for Sales of Flats, Apartment & Commercial Complex (Mini Mall). 4.⁠ ⁠Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals. 5.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with marketing team and monitoring them to implement various promotional schemes and activities. 6.⁠ ⁠Responsible for new customer acquisition. 7.⁠ ⁠To ensure timely collection of payments from Customer. 8.⁠ ⁠Negotiation with Customer and finalize the sales deal. 9.⁠ ⁠Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance 10.⁠ ⁠Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders 11.⁠ ⁠Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis Preferred candidate profile 1.⁠ ⁠Experience and a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role. 2.⁠ ⁠Successfully built, scaled and led high performing sales teams. 3.⁠ ⁠Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships. 4.⁠ ⁠Strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on. 5.⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. 6.⁠ ⁠Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market. 7.⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, communication, Presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 8.⁠ ⁠Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
