Job Description:
This is a remote position.
Salary Pay Out Expectations: ₹50,000/- per month.
Job Overview:
Are you passionate about transforming lives through credible PCOS solutions? Do you thrive on making a significant impact and earning competitive commissions? If so, this position is for you We are seeking a persuasive, empathetic, and professional sales closer.
You will be trained in advanced probing and introspection methods used by top psychologists.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Video Calls: Guide potential clients on their PCOS reversal journey through engaging and informative video consultations.
- Manage Schedule: Open enough calendar space to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.
- Daily Tasks: Complete morning and end-of-day tasks every day from Monday to Saturday.
- Availability: Be available to communicate through Slack from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST daily.
- Build Rapport: Engage in meaningful conversations, establishing trust and empathy with potential clients.
- Honesty and Integrity: Follow through on commitments and ensure you enroll only clients who are a great fit.
- Decision Guidance: Lead prospects to the best decision for their health, even if it challenges their comfort zone.
- Performance Awareness: Stay aware of your performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- High Standards: Uphold and embody the high standards expected by Health Icons Club in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a sales closer or in a similar role within a target-driven sales environment (minimum 1 year).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for effective and persuasive video calls.
- Active Listening: Exceptional active listening and problem-solving skills to understand client needs.
- Empathy and Trust: Ability to empathize with clients and build trust.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working in a remote environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the sales industry preferred.
- Sales Cycle: Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing.
- Negotiation and Presentation: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Benefits:
Compensation: Fixed salary of Rs 20,000 with a basic performance expectation with a competitive commission structure starting from the 5th sale.
Commission Structure:
- For the next 5-8 sales: 8% commission = 4 * ₹40,000 = ₹1,60,000 % 8 = ₹12,800
- For 9-15 sales: 10% commission = ₹40,000 * 7 = ₹2,80,000 % 10 = ₹28,000
- For 16-30 sales: 12% commission = ₹40,000 * 15 = ₹6,00,000 % 12 = ₹72,000
Assuming you did 18 Sales for ₹40,000
Total Revenue Generated = ₹7,20,000
Your Pay = Base Salary + Total Incentives = ₹20,000 + ₹55,200 = ₹75,200
