We are hiring for Control Engineers.Experience Range - 3 to 7 years.Location - PuneJob description -Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsExtensive understanding of industrial automation and control systemsTechnical leadership within PLC/HMI/SCADA projects relates to Wonderware/AVEVA System Platform and Wonderware Intouch.Exposure on Legacy control system upgrade or PLC and HMI migrations.Experience with integration of Wonderware HMI with Control systems like PLCs, Historian products and integration with MES and Business layer applications using edge technologies like MQTT protocol, web services etc.Good hands-on expertise in AVEVA system platform design, development, and integration with third party applications.Experience in Ignition SCADA OR Rockwell FT View Site Edition SCADA design & development.Worked on different communication protocols and OPC DA drivers, OPC UA for plant floor connectivity. Integration with enterprise layer i.e. MES systems or Enterprise database connectivity.Experience in AVEVA process historian, Alarm database connectivity, configuration and database management.Experience of application set up, installation & configuration.Experience with SAT/FAT (testing) & commissioning of control system.Experience with control system application Upgrades & MigrationsExperience of control system project execution in pharma domainProject specific documentation creationHands-on experience in Rockwell PLC would be an added advantage.Awareness with standards like ISA-95, ISA-88Must haveAVEVA system Platform, Wonderware IntouchGood to have.Knowledge on Ignition SCADA, KPI dashboards/reporting, Industrial HistoriansWeb based data integrations..Net, VMWare, SQLRoles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities-Focus on Controls and Automation projects to support installation of new Controls systems components and upgrade of existing Control systems.Design & development of control system solution.Requirement Understanding, Design & development of control systems, plant engineering, Control & Automation site support.Offshore support for PLC programming and online debugging, FAT, SAT, controls and automation related troubleshooting, code modifications in PLCs & HMIs, Offshore coordination with engineering team during validation cycle.AVEVA system platform, Wonderware Intouch SCADA/HMI OR FactoryTalk View SE Testing & commissioning.Testing support & Project execution on shop floor and project documentation, project status reporting
