Job Description: We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to oversee all HR-related tasks and help foster a productive workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and a passion for fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding : Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration with the company. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Resolve conflicts and address workplace issues with discretion and professionalism. Performance Management: Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Promote ongoing learning and career growth within the organization. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices. Compensation & Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including payroll administration, conduct salary benchmarking, and support compensation reviews. HR Administration: Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and attendance. HR Reports: Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction. Time Management: Oversee employee attendance, leave requests, and work schedules. Culture Building Company Culture: Promote and maintain a positive company culture that aligns with the organization’s values. Team Building: Organize team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion. Diversity & Inclusion: Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Strategic Planning HR Strategy : Align HR strategies with the company’s goals and objectives. Workforce Planning : Anticipate future staffing needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
