We work with top-tier Synopsys customers to deploy high-quality Custom/Analog Design Solutions and Flows on the latest process nodes. The team works across the spectrum of design including front-end, simulation, back-end, and verification flows. The team believes in fostering interest and opportunities to work in different aspects of the design spectrum. You will get the right platform to apply design knowledge and architect and develop Custom Design solutions.Solutions Engineering, Principal EngineerJob ResponsibilitiesPromote adoption of Synopsys Custom Design Platform to new Customers by delivering presentations and demosWork with Customers to understand their flow requirements and map them to features within Synopsys Custom Design PlatformCollaborate with RnD and Product marketing to develop new flows/functionalitiesDefine Analog Design flows and methodologies to improve customer productivityDevelop Custom scripts for features specific to a given customer or to provide a quick solution while the features are being enhanced.Own the customer relationship, i.e. work with R&D and other teams to make sure Customer requirements are well understood and track the development of features required by the Customer.Job RequirementsBE/MTech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering15+ years of experience creating and supporting custom design flows using Custom Compiler or equivalent industry standard toolsHands-on experience on Analog design creationHands-On experience in coding medium sized software solutions for custom design problemsExpertise in one or more areas like:Advanced custom layout flows for GAA, FinFET processSimulation environments and simulator data handlingParasitic extraction techniquesMixed Signal Design with custom design and digital PnR toolsMemory design and flow developmentAutomatic Custom Placement and RoutingExpertise in one or more of scripting/programming languages like TCL/Python/Perl/SKILLInclusion and Diversity are important to us.
