( are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented CRM Managers to generate sales and also work with Team Leads and executives to increase the revenue of the company.A successful CRM Manager must be friendly, persuasive and must possess good communication and team management skills. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.Salary - Up to 35k in hand plus performance-based incentivesLocation - Indore (M.P.)Immediate Joiners PreferredResponsibilities· Reach out to people using a given lead.· Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.· Use scripts to provide information about the product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits.· Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.· Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our products meet their needs.· Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.· Keep records of calls and sales, and record useful information.Requirements· Proven experience as a telesales manager· Having experience in handling a team of at least· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.· Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Good knowledge of the presentation of reports and using MS Office· Proficient in English.· Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.· Persistent and results-oriented.
