Position : International Travel Consultant

Location : Sector 43, Gurugram (In-office)

✨ Role Overview

As an International Travel Consultant, you’ll be responsible for planning premium leisure trips and providing expert consultation to clients looking to explore the world. From selecting dream destinations to ensuring seamless bookings, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Consultation : Call prospective clients, understand their travel preferences, and provide professional advice that exceeds expectations.
  • ️ Itinerary Creation : Craft personalized itineraries with flights, hotels, and sightseeing options tailored to client requirements and budgets.
  • Collaboration : Work with B2B suppliers globally to secure the best deals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets : Achieve monthly revenue and booking goals.
  • Client Support : Assist clients throughout the planning, booking, and travel process, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
  • Learning & Development : Enhance destination knowledge, complete certification courses, and develop team leadership skills.

Daily Activities
  • Connecting with prospective clients via calls and emails.
  • Provide destination recommendations and detailed travel plans.
  • Follow up with clients, resolve queries, and close bookings.
  • Issue tickets, confirm bookings, and coordinate with the visa team.
  • Support clients during travel if needed and continuously upgrade your knowledge.
