Title : So C Verification Lead Function : Hardware Engineer Reports to : Director of Hardware Engineering Location: Bangalore, India     Summary Description :   Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, has entered into an agreement to acquire a large, multi-national sensor business with global revenues in excess of $250 million per year, and is looking for an experienced and talented So C Verification Lead .   The So C Verification Lead will be responsible for developing scalable and re-usable verification environments and test cases to verify Syntiant’s next generation Neural Decision Processor So Cs. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on self-starter who can execute the steps required to fully verify complex digital designs at block level, subsystem level & full chip level while working with cross-disciplinary teams (Design, Firmware, Product & OPS Engineering).     Specific Duties and Responsibilities :   · Responsible for verifying design blocks, subsystem & full chip · Write and review test plans · Develop test cases in System Verilog, C/C++, System C or Python according to test plans · Responsible for test plan execution, running regressions, code coverage and functional coverage · Contribute towards chip bring-up and post-silicon validation · Be a hands-on self-starter who can execute the steps required to fully verify complex digital designs & full chip · Create a test plan and develop test cases for volume manufacturing     Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:   · Advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering · Track record of 'first-pass success' in ASIC development cycles · 7+ years of experience with design verification and test bench development using System Veilog/Systemc/Python · Expertise in developing test plans, implementing coverage models, and analyzing results · Experience with So C/Subsystem level verification of ARM-based So Cs · Experience with scripting languages, e.g. Python · Experience with System C is a plus · Experience with Arm and HIFI DSP testing using C based Firmware is a big plus · Experience with gate level simulations · Experience with chip bring-up & post silicon validation · Knowledgeable of ARM architecture and AMBA bus standards like AXI-4, AHB-5 & APB · Knowledgeable of power aware simulation methodology · Knowledgeable of SPI, I2 C, DVP, MIPI protocols · Good Understanding of Functional safety, fault injection simulation and coverage analysis · Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements   About Syntiant :   Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Irvine, Calif., Syntiant Corp. is a leader in delivering hardware and software solutions for edge AI deployment.
