About the Role:

As a Customer Onbaording Specialist, you will play a critical role in our customer onboarding process and be the first point of contact for implementation. This position requires a proactive and driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving customer problems.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly inMarketing Automation Domain.
  • Customer Obsession: Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others, whether a customer or a colleague.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You are focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating the next steps.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients.
  • Adaptability: Driven, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You excel in an autonomous work setting, expertly prioritizing tasks and identifying internal and external blockers.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of a CDP or similar tool dealing on the basis of marketing technology
  • Existing knowledge or work experience on various retention communication channel
  • Idea of a working of the CRM tool would be better and handhold clients through walkthrough on the panel during the initial phase
  • Maintains strong communication skills both one to one and one to many
  • Follows strict timeline on completion of projects by the due date
  • Provide valuable insights from generic as well as market based study to the D2C and E-commerce based clients with personal brainstorming is highly recommended
  • A knowledge on GenAI is also preferable for better engagement
