About the Role: We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with a strong background in business intelligence and data analytics to join our team of engineers and business analysts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI solutions, primarily using Tableau, to help translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work with various data sources to support business analytics initiatives and improve decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI solutions using Tableau.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Work with various data sources to support business analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for guidance and direction.
- Work independently and provide input on projects.
- Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine BI solutions (preferred but not essential).
- Utilize Databricks for data processing and analytics (bonus).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in BI development, with a strong focus on Tableau.
- Proficient in working with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Databricks or other cloud data platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
