Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Full Stack Architect - Generative AI and Machine Learning Projects
Seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Full Stack Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust software architectures for our generative AI and machine learning projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.
Primary Duties:
Lead the development and deployment of comprehensive software solutions for generative AI and machine learning projects, ensuring all system components are seamlessly integrated and adhere to data security protocols.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and security experts, to fully understand project requirements and devise architectural solutions that prioritize data protection and privacy.
Select the most appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with robust security practices to construct high-performing, resilient, and secure systems.
Promote and enforce software development best practices such as meticulous version control, rigorous testing, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and adherence to ML and MLOps standards for scalable and secure deployment.
Take charge of generating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, ensuring it includes security considerations, architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides that are compliant with industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in generative AI, machine learning, MLOps, data security, and software development, integrating these advancements to elevate the security and functionality of projects.
Oversee the implementation and ongoing refinement of generative AI and machine learning platforms, with a focus on security, operational excellence, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with MLOps practices.
Qualifications:
A strong track record in developing secure full-stack solutions, particularly in generative AI and machine learning.
Expertise in a variety of programming languages, development frameworks, and cloud platforms, with an emphasis on secure practices for AI and machine learning environments such as AWS and Azure.
A collaborative approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
A commitment to ongoing learning and the integration of state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies, and security practices.
Ability to document complex systems in a clear and concise manner, with attention to security and operational details.
Experience with open-stack frameworks and tools for creating secure data pipelines.
Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Django, and familiarity with secure database management systems, such as SQL and NoSQL.
Proficiency with data engineering and workflow orchestration tools, and experience in managing secure data pipelines using systems like Apache Airflow and Kedro.
An understanding of design patterns and their application in creating scalable, secure software systems.
Experience with implementing ML lifecycle management tools and practices to streamline the end-to-end process of deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.
