Brand Marketing Head

Aspire Athletic Wear LLP is an upcoming athleisure & athletic premium brand based in Bangalore. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand Marketing to lead our brand development and marketing efforts at Aspire Athletic Wear LLP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 14-18years of experience in brand marketing FMCG/Apparel/retail.
- Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with branding trends and best practices in the industry.
- Based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives, ensuring strong positioning in the market.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Oversee team performance and professional development.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth.
• Brand Messaging: Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Creative Direction: Oversee the creative development of all branding materials, including logos, packaging, advertising, and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and equity, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand performance, conduct regular assessments, and optimize brand marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
