The ideal candidate will have a consultative mindset with a focus on solving real business problems and will be instrumental in shaping next-gen digital architectures for global financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead client engagements to understand business needs across banking and payments and translate them into solution strategies.- Design high-level solution approaches that address key challenges in areas such as payments modernization, card operations, open banking, and digital assets.- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams to shape customer-centric solutions.- Develop compelling value propositions through prototypes, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and minimum viable products (MVPs) that demonstrate business impact.- Support pre-sales and consulting efforts, including workshops, presentations, and solution roadmaps.- Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, especially in areas like compliance, fraud prevention, and risk controls.- Stay ahead of market trends in financial services and advise clients on emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.Skills & Experience Required:- 10+ years of relevant experience int the IT industry working in Banking & Payments Domain.Domain Knowledge- Strong understanding of
