The GIftidy is a gifting solutions company established in 2020 based in Delhi. We are into gift hampers for all kinds of occasions such as corporate gifting and wedding favours, with a wide variety and options to choose from. We have catered to a wide range of corporate clients such as Deloitte, EY, American Express, Bombay Hemp Company, Rites, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and The Good Food Project.
Our idea is to make our client’s special events memorable and doing away with the boring gift options. We are passionate about our work and being a start-up, we have a fun and friendly working culture.
Role Description
This is a full-time lead generation Sales Executive role at The Giftidy based in New Delhi. The role offers immense learning opportunities of working in a start-up. It will take you from developing sales strategies to understanding market trends, all while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, maximizing revenue growth, leading the sales team, building and managing relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
- Using multiple sources & platforms to generate potential leads - Client Acquisition
- Pro-actively target this list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits
- Understanding client needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Pitch and promote our solutions to prospective clients
- Build successful and scalable relationships with C-Level audience in prospect organizations. Ability to map accounts decision-making process at various levels
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Flexibility to work in different verticals like digital marketing and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Experience in the gifting industry is a plus
