Herby Angel is an organic Ayurveda-based baby and kids care brand using active herbal and plant-based ingredients across its nutrition and personal care products. The brand has been launched by IIM alumni and is one of the fastest-growing start-up brands in the D2 C space in the Indian sub-continent.
What are we looking for?
Smart college students and fresh college pass-outs with excellent communication skills to work with us as Business Associates. This is a direct customer-facing role and the candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence: Build and nurture client relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Evaluation: Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Marketing: Assist in crafting and executing marketing plans to boost product visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on Ayurveda and wellness trends to position our products effectively.
Ideal for Candidates Having:
Passion for Sales: Enthusiastic about connecting with people and driving results.
Analytical Mindset: Keen to understand market trends and use data to guide decisions.
Adaptability: Open to learning and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively in both English and Hindi.
Cultural Alignment: Interest in Ayurveda, health, and wellness is a plus.
Qualifications:
Either pursuing or having a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, arts, sciences, or business (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles (training provided).
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a bonus.
