We seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to meet our ambitious growth objectives while enhancing the candidate experience and reinforcing RevX's employer brand.

What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for diverse roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft tailored recruitment plans.
  • Sourcing & Recruitment: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates. Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates to enhance their engagement.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and extend competitive offers.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise on market conditions and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Employer Branding: Promote RevX’s employer brand through various platforms and initiatives. Share the company's vision, values, and culture to attract candidates who align with our organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on hiring needs and organizational objectives. Foster strong relationships with external partners and recruitment agencies as needed.

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a senior or lead recruiting role.
  • Expertise in recruiting for a wide range of positions, including executive, technical, and non-technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
