GSPANN Technologies is hiring for Performance QA Lead/Architect. Looking for Immediate to 15 days notice period Job Position (Title): Senior Performance QA Lead/Architect Job Type: Permanent Experience: 12+ years Location: Bangalore (CV Raman Nagar) Technical Skill Requirements : JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling, K6, Datadog, Kafka, Java. Role and Responsibilities Establish testing as an integral part of the development process within cross-functional teams. Develop maintainable automated checks in collaboration with our development teams. Proactively suggest improvements in testing tools for better test coverage for automation. Detect and report defects and close follow up to ensure closure of issues. Assess and bring continuous improvements to the overall quality Work closely with the development team to debug any issue Participate in scrum calls with customers and internal stakeholders Contribute to POC on the upcoming toolsets Conduct Root cause analysis for the production defects and improve test assets Work on refactoring the existing framework as per the requirement. Required Skills Should be lead (overall 12+, lead experience of 3-4 years) Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science with 8+ years’ experience working on products. 3+ years’ experience in a team leadership role and having rich experience on Saa S based products. Expertise in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling, K6 etc. Have an eye to detail in identifying the pattern, troubleshooting complex performance issues, profiling, finding memory leaks and identifying/actively providing suggestions in fixing them. Should have Kafka experience Hands on experience with Load and Soak Testing Experience in creating test plans and estimating the resources required to complete the testing. Also having expertise in analysing test results and generating performance reports (NFR’s). Strong technical background in performance tuning and optimization of enterprise applications, distributed systems, middleware and SQL and no-SQL databases. Understanding of micro-services and horizontally scaling architecture and container-based applications and software Development cycle with automated build-test pipelines Developing automation framework with a major focus on modularity, performance, scalability, and future expansion Understanding J2 EE frameworks, such as Java Script, Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, and REST Understanding of Java performance monitors (JVM, GC, Heap Size, Message Broker) Good understanding of Application Architecture. Strong understanding of programming, data structure, code optimization and ability build the framework from scratch with programming expertise in Java/C#/Java Script/Typescript/Python etc. Experience with APM tools such Datadog, Charles Proxy, Fiddler etc. and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk etc. across Windows and UNIX platforms, AWS Cloud & Kubernetes. Understanding of hardware and software considerations and tuning for low latency workloads Experience and understanding on Kafka will be an added advantage. Experience with integrating performance testing / monitoring into CI/CD Pipelines with Git Lab. Experience with Chaos testing / engineering tools, such as Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, AWS Fault Injection Service (FIS) Experience with application monitoring / observability, including building dashboards, establishing service level indicators / objectives / agreements (SLIs / SLOs / SLAs), and logging / tracing Must have knowledge of database concepts and experience in writing SQL queries. The ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Also having strong hands on mobile and web performance testing. Work with PM organization in gathering requirements with customer use cases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail Exposure to defect management and documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence etc will be good.
