We are looking for Solution Architect || Immediate Joiner
Duration: Permanent-Fulltime.
- Primary Skills : Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Snowflake, ETL, SQL Server, Oracle.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Solution Architect with expertise in data warehousing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that support our organization’s business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, architect robust data models, and ensure that our data warehouse solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., star schema, snowflake) and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake) and data warehousing tools.
- Deep knowledge of data warehouse methodologies, theories, and architecture.
- Hands on data analysis/profiling, cleansing, and transformation via SQL. Past experiencing building ETL Mapping Spec.
- Ability to develop in or understand BI App for Data and analytics consumption
- Knowledge in Cloud solutions (Snowflake/Data Bricks) and experience of transformation to modern platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design: Develop and implement data warehouse architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Design scalable data models that support analytics, reporting, and operational processes.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review and validate solution designs and code to ensure quality and compliance with architectural standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
- Data Governance: Establish data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards. Implement best practices for data management, including data lineage and metadata management.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of data warehouse solutions, identifying areas for improvement. Develop strategies for data archiving, retention, and lifecycle management.
