Job Title: Content Manager
Location: 100% work from home
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead content creation, optimization, and distribution efforts across various platforms. The Content Manager will oversee a team of writers, designers, and editors, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice, engages the target audience, and drives business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of content, including blogs, articles, social media posts, videos, and other digital formats.
Manage and lead a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
Conduct regular audits to ensure content remains relevant, accurate, and consistent with brand messaging.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content initiatives with broader campaigns.
Track content performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role.
