Leveraging Breton stone technology, with high-end robotics, programmable design components, best of control systems and more, the Specta team is working to create a spectacular masterpiece in Specta.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Brand and Marketing Specialist to lead our nationwide brand promotion and engagement efforts. This role involves managing Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, exhibitions, and strategic brand positioning to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing PAN India marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with regional teams for maximum impact.

Duites & Responsabilités :
Strategize, plan, and execute targeted promotions, events, and in-store activations to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Develop BTL marketing campaigns to achieve high brand impact, including partnerships, roadshows, and targeted outreach activities.
Organize and oversee both national and regional exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum exposure.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage logistics, vendor selection, and setup for impactful brand presentations.
Design and implement cohesive brand strategies across regions, aligning with the overall brand vision.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in brand positioning and messaging.
Develop and manage budgets for all BTL activities, ensuring cost-effective and efficient execution.
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations for promotional events and activities.
