Key Responsibilities
Lead & Mentor : Guide junior engineers and designers to success.
Design Expertise : Pipe racks, equipment foundations (static/vibrating), RCC structures, and more. Knowledge of design of Blast resisting structure is added advantageous. Shall be able to design the various types of steel connections
Engineering Excellence : Drive projects through concept, basic, and detailed engineering phases.
Codes & Standards : Thorough knowledge of American/Euro codes
Cross-Discipline Coordination : Work with Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical teams.
Hands-On Software Skills: STAAD Pro, MAT3 D, Foundation 3 D.
Project Leadership : Ensure productivity, schedule adherence, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Civil/Structural.
