Role Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by
developing and executing strategies for expanding the company’s presence in the wellness
market. The Manager will also work closely with management to implement new strategies,
identifying market opportunities, and leveraging data insights to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement growth strategies provided by management and align them with business
objectives.
2. Develop and execute new business strategies aimed at market expansion and customer
acquisition.
3. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership
possibilities.
4. Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and measure
business performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to execute
business development initiatives.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
7. Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the
wellness industry.
8. Track and measure the impact of business development activities and propose
improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
● Proven track record of successfully implementing business strategies and driving growth.
● Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Proactive and strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
