Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer to join Catalyst Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and improve ROI. You will leverage analytics and insights to optimize performance, craft social media content, and manage the company’s social media accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Ads , Google Ads , Instagram Ads , and LinkedIn Ads to drive performance and increase revenue.
- Oversee social media accounts (Facebook , Twitter , LinkedIn , Pinterest ) and create engaging, high-quality content in collaboration with the design team.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics , Google Keyword Planner , and Google Tag Manager to analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to report key performance indicators (KPIs), marketing ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis and market research to adapt strategies that meet changing customer behaviors and market demands.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test and innovate marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and expectations, while continuously optimizing to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing , managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads , Facebook , Instagram , and LinkedIn .
- Proven track record in scaling PPC campaigns and driving quantifiable improvements in ROI , CPA , and other performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of SEO , SEM , and paid search strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics , Google AdWords , Google Tag Manager , and Google Keyword Planner .
- Expertise in campaign setup, bid management, budget allocation, and strategic testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Google Ads Certified and Google Analytics Certified are a plus.
