This role reports directly to the Director of Technical Program Management.What You’ll Do:✅ Coordinate release planning with Product, Engineering, QA & GTM teams✅ Drive sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and delivery tracking✅ Maintain dashboards to monitor sprint health, velocity, and delivery status✅ Ensure project tickets are well-defined, estimated, and progress through workflows✅ Track OKRs and break down milestones to keep projects on course✅ Enforce Agile best practices and run team ceremonies (standups, retros, reviews)✅ Maintain project tools (Jira, Asana), documentation (Confluence/Notion), and reports✅ What We’re Looking For:8–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Agile Delivery (SaaS/Tech)Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira or AsanaExcellent communicator and cross-functional collaboratorExposure to SDLC, Agile metrics, cloud (AWS, Azure) is a plusCertifications like CSM or PMP are a bonusReady to be part of a high-growth startup journey?Share your profile at
