In this position, you'll collaborate closely with the CTO to research, design, implement, and manage a highly scalable Sports Analytics Solution. This opportunity is perfect for someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys working in a start-up environment.
Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and motivated i OS Developer responsible for the
development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of i OS devices including mobile
phones and tablets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. i OS Application Development:
• Design and build applications for the i OS platform
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to understand user requirements and translate them into
functional applications.
• Contribute ideas to improve the overall product and development process.
2. Code Quality and Performance:
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality
3. Testing and Debugging:
• Perform thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs.
• Ensure the reliability and stability of the applications through unit testing and integration testing.
4. Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in i OS application development.
• Continuously improve development processes and workflows.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the overall product and development
process.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in i OS development.
• Understanding of i OS design principles and interface guidelines.
• Sound understanding of background processes, hardware sensors, and native APIs such as Bluetooth,
Camera APIs, etc.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Knack for benchmarking and optimisation.
• Solid understanding of i OS application structuring for various screen sizes and orientations.
