Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Buziness Digital in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and creating tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. They will also collaborate with internal teams to drive business development initiatives.
Skilled in Negotiation, Communication, Business Development, Interpersonal Communication, and Team Leadership.
- Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries, including potential clients, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and visibility.
- Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities for the agency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and high-quality service delivery.
- Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, forecast revenue growth, and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven Experience: Minimum (1-2} years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising space.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and the broader digital landscape.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and sales data to drive business decisions.
- Self-motivated: Highly driven and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
