· Proficiency in managing the accounts team's workload and daily activities
· Skill in compiling account information for reporting purposes

· Capable of analyzing and reviewing the work performed by team members to ensure high-quality results
· Willingness to provide strategic and intellectual leadership within the branch, driving continuous improvement
· Ability to develop team and train them accordingly
Job Responsibilities:
· Reviewing and preparing financial statements, including P & L, Balance sheet, Notes to Account, Income Tax reconciliation, and GST Reconciliation.
· Analysing and comparing current-year financial statements with previous-year financial statements, addressing any queries raised.
· Leading a team of 5-7 members, including job allocation, process oversight, and completion monitoring.
· Reviewing GL, period-end close processes, and audit working paper files for auditors.
· Actively participating in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives within the team.
· Preparing weekly and monthly management reports, and KPI reports, and providing regular progress updates to management.
· Involvement in process-related projects and providing training to team members.
