Job Description: We are looking for a talented designer/developer to join our team, specializing in e-learning authoring tools and the creation of high-complexity e-learning courses across various industries. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for translating storyboard concepts into engaging and interactive learning experiences. Success in this role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions independently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive e-learning content based on provided storyboards, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Visualize storyboard content and create compelling animations to enhance learner engagement.
- Convert diverse content formats into innovative learning materials using a range of deliverables.
- Proficient in application simulations, interactivity, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for multimedia content creation.
- Create and edit audio, video, graphics, illustrations, and icons as needed.
- Manage project timelines, communicate effectively with SMEs, clients, and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation and efficient file-sharing processes.
- Proficiency in writing variables, implementing interactivities, developing architecture, quizzes, gamification, and troubleshooting.
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to understand client needs, interpret briefs, and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate effectively across departments and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A or BFA) in any specialization; BCA/MCA or equivalent diploma preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Content Designer or Developer in the e-learning industry.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering high-quality e-learning materials.
- Expertise in Articulate 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora authoring, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, and SCORM for LMS integration is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, video editing software, and other multimedia tools.
- Strong self-motivation, time management, and ability to motivate others.
