Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in digital marketing, particularly in property management or real estate sectors, and will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads for property management services. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads for property management services. Analyze customer behavior and competitor trends to optimize digital campaigns. Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with company goals and objectives. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social media, content marketing). Track and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies based on data insights, and report on ROI. SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic search results. Manage Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns to increase lead generation and website traffic. Content Marketing: Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and property listings. Develop and execute content calendars to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) to engage with current and potential clients. Create and curate engaging content, monitor social media trends, and leverage platform-specific tools to enhance performance. Email Marketing: Design and implement targeted email campaigns aimed at existing and potential clients to drive engagement and conversions. Segment email lists to send personalized, timely, and relevant messages. Analytics and Reporting: Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure campaign performance and website traffic. Regularly report on key metrics, including leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and more. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Collaborate with the creative, sales, and property management teams to develop cohesive strategies that align with business objectives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their development. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and meet performance targets. Optimize spend for maximum ROI across all platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property management sector. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Digital Marketing Tools: Expertise in using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and SEO tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, A/B testing, and content management systems (CMS). Content Creation: Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages. Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience with social media strategy and community management. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to drive insights and improvements. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Creativity: Innovative and forward-thinking approach to digital marketing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate or property management industry. Knowledge of CRM tools and integration with digital marketing platforms.
