We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our team. You will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic Frameworks to create intelligent and engaging conversational AI experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Model Development and Fine-tuning: Develop, train, and fine-tune advanced LLMs for various generative AI applications, including text generation, summarization, and translation.
  • Explore and implement innovative techniques to enhance model performance and efficiency.
  • Agentic Framework Design and Implementation: Design and implement robust Agentic Frameworks to empower AI agents with autonomous decision-making and goal-oriented behavior.
  • Integrate LLMs with the Agentic Framework to enable natural language understanding and generation in complex scenarios.
  • Conversational AI Development: Build sophisticated conversational AI systems that can engage in natural and informative dialogues with users.
  • Design and implement dialogue management strategies to ensure smooth and coherent conversations.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and explore novel approaches to problem-solving.
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different techniques and models.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to bring innovative AI solutions to market.

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Experience with large language models, such as GPT-3, BERT, or T5.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Understanding of reinforcement learning and its application to AI agents.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI techniques, such as dialogue management and intent recognition.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for AI and a strong desire to push the boundaries of what's possible.
