We are driven by innovation,technology, and data, and are looking for talented individuals who can scale our vision ofbuilding world-class fintech solutions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer to lead ourengineering team in designing, developing, and scaling cutting-edge applications. The idealcandidate will have deep expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, along withproven leadership and mentoring experience.Key Responsibilities● Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable full stack applications.● Drive technical strategy, code quality, and best practices across the engineering team.● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate businessrequirements into technical solutions.● Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring skill development and knowledge sharing.● Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization for high-traffic applications.● Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high availability and reliability ofsystems.● Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.Required Skills & Experience● 8–12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/mentoring role .● Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3,JavaScript/TypeScript).● Hands-on expertise in back-end development using Node.js / Java / .NET (any corebackend stack) .● Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker,Kubernetes).● Experience with microservices architecture , REST APIs, and GraphQL.● Strong problem-solving, system design, and analytical skills.● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies .Good to Have● Experience in fintech or high-scale consumer-facing platforms.● Exposure to data engineering or ML-based applications.● Knowledge of security best practices in application development.What We Offer● Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact fintech products.● A collaborative and innovative work culture.● Competitive compensation and benefits.● Career growth with exposure to cutting-edge technology stacks.
