KRA's -
- The role will involve mentoring and monitoring the counselors - both full time and freelancers on deliverables, quality of work, reporting, counseling schedules etc.
- Will be responsible for some content development and content management for the app, on which the counsellors will work regularly regarding upgrading information and Market data to make it more relevant to the evolving education eco system.
- Will be responsible to train other counselors and certify them.
- Will prepare informative PPT that will be used in online presentations made to Parents , School management and Students who avail of the clients services.
- Will constantly monitor changing industry trends and work with the back end tech team to fine tune the app, by sharing inputs and ideas and content .
Required Skill Sets :-
- Should be highly analytical, like understand psychometric test frameworks, the content structure .
- Should be able to propose new product flows, flow charts and work with the tech team to develop some of these new flows, features.
- Should be a person who is interested in intellectual activity - keeps himself/herself abreast of latest developments in area of careers, colleges etc.
- Should be able to communicate very well and make presentations to groups of parents/students. Role will involve lot of such presentations mostly online.
- Skills - High logical thinking, Very good communication both written and verbal
- MA in Industry Psychology or related field will be ideal .
- Role will involve travel to school campuses in and around Bangalore on need basis to conduct presentations or in person counselling sessions.
Women from Tech/product mgmt background - who are coming back to work post a career break can also apply.
