Location-Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/MumbaiFlexi to WFOImmediate Joiners/Lesser notice period candidates preferredKey Responsibilities:- Own and manage the IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting, with a focus on One Stream, but also considering Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar tool.- Collaborate closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Lead application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support.- Drive process optimization and automation within consolidation and reporting workflows.- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants when needed.- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.- Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or improvement opportunities.Qualifications:- Proven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting domains.- Strong understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements.- Hands-on experience with One Stream is highly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar products is also acceptable.- Solid project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Fluent in English.
