L&D and Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic L&D Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

2. Program Design and Implementation:

  • Design and oversee the development of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, management training, technical skills, and compliance.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional methodologies and technologies to deliver engaging and effective training solutions.

3.Talent Development:

  • Identify high-potential employees and design tailored development plans to support their career progression.
  • Facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning and career development initiatives.

4. Learning Measurement and Evaluation:

  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on business performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine learning strategy

5.Employee experience : Creating and Implementing 30- 60 – 90-day onboarding plan in consultation with Head HR (WI) and Group Head.

6.Rewards and recognition: Developing, administering, monitoring, and evaluating the awards and incentives system.

7.Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

8.Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of learning solutions and optimal resource allocation.

9.Vendor Management:

  • Oversee relationships with external training providers and consultants, ensuring the quality and relevance of external learning resources.

10.Compliance and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, including substantial experience in a managerial or strategic role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs that drive organizational impact.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and various training methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data, measure program effectiveness, and present insights to senior leadership.
