Learning And Development Specialist

L&D and Talent Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic L&D Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify learning needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Program Design and Implementation:
- Design and oversee the development of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, management training, technical skills, and compliance.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methodologies and technologies to deliver engaging and effective training solutions.
3.Talent Development:
- Identify high-potential employees and design tailored development plans to support their career progression.
- Facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning and career development initiatives.
4. Learning Measurement and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on business performance.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine learning strategy
5.Employee experience : Creating and Implementing 30- 60 – 90-day onboarding plan in consultation with Head HR (WI) and Group Head.
6.Rewards and recognition: Developing, administering, monitoring, and evaluating the awards and incentives system.
7.Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
8.Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of learning solutions and optimal resource allocation.
9.Vendor Management:
- Oversee relationships with external training providers and consultants, ensuring the quality and relevance of external learning resources.
10.Compliance and Best Practices:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, including substantial experience in a managerial or strategic role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs that drive organizational impact.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and various training methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to analyze data, measure program effectiveness, and present insights to senior leadership.
