We’re looking for a talented individual to join us as a Technical Operations Manager to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Role Overview:
As a Technical Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our development team and ensuring the successful execution of projects. We are looking for someone serious about the role, passionate about software development, and eager to contribute to exciting new projects involving cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CTO to lead the development team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
Serve as a key point of contact for technical inquiries within the team.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold best practices.
Maintain clear and organized project timelines/schedules.
Stay updated on industry trends to contribute valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in both front-end (React,HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Attributes:
A serious commitment to the role and a genuine passion for software development.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
