We’re looking for a highly skilled UX/UI & Motion Designer to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences, designing visually engaging interfaces, and bringing interactions to life through motion and micro-animations — we’d love to hear from you Design experiences that move. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in  Figma that feel intuitive and alive. Build micro-animations, transitions, and motion graphics that elevate storytelling and usability. Build and maintain a  scalable design system that ensures a unified look, feel, and rhythm across products. Work independently in a  remote-first setup , managing time, details, and deadlines with creative confidence. Champion design quality. Work closely with the  Head of Design to ensure everything we ship looks sharp and feels right. 3–5 years of experience in  UX/UI design , with a strong sense of motion and interaction design. ~ Mastery in  Figma — components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems. ~ Proficiency in  After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie, or Lottie to design fluid motion and delightful micro-interactions. ~ A sharp eye for detail, layout, typography, and pacing — because motion is design in time. ~ Independence, accountability, and a creative spark that thrives without micromanagement. Bonus Points If You Have Hands-on experience with  usability testing and  user research . Familiarity with  developer handoff tools and workflows (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.). Awareness of  accessibility and  inclusive design principles.
