The Opportunity
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive HR Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on the successful implementation of HR systems and processes to streamline HR operations and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
PERSON PROFILE
Lead the implementation of HR software solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for HR system implementations.
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
Provide training and support to HR personnel and end-users on new systems and processes.
Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and user experience.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and training materials.
Stay informed about the latest HR technology trends and best practices to suggest enhancements. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from any stream. MBA will be preferred
5+ years of experience in Implementation.
