Strategic Payroll Management- Define processes for Managing end-to-end monthly payroll for plant employees (staff, workers, apprentices, trainees, contractors).- Setup processes for Validating attendance, overtime, shift allowances, leave records, incentive calculations, LOP, and production-linked wages.- Coordinate with production supervisors for OT approvals and shift schedules.- Ensure accurate payroll MIS reports for management.- Maintain data confidentiality and audit-ready documentation.B. Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including:- Factories Act- Minimum Wages Act- PF & ESIC Acts-
