Our b2b SaaS solution platform - Nexxio - delivers a single platform for a consumer goods brand to digitise, automate, manage, optimise its entire sales and distribution operations. Role & Responsibility
This is a full-time position for a Customer Success Executive role.
NOTE: Only candidates upto 2 yrs of prior experience or recent graduates may apply for this role
In this role we are seeking focused, hardworking, self-driven individuals to be part of our "Customer Success" team, which has the objective to enable customers to reap instant and significant business benefits by leveraging our platform for their business. The customer success team undertakes following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Setup and onboard new customers on the Nexxio Digital Platform
Train customer users on the Nexxio Digital Platform
Offer day-to-day support to users and act as a single point of contact for any customer issues
Lead customer issue resolution by coordinating between internal teams and end users
Monitor and drive application usage
Create and provide periodic reports to customer stakeholders
Establish yourself as a trusted and reliable customer partner
Participate in new product feature design and testing, bringing in customer/user pov
Key Skills Required
Must be hands-on and proficient in excel
Ability to organise, understand and analyse large amounts of data
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to show patience in handling end users and customer queries and feedback
Ability to understand customer requirements, business processes
Attention to Detail
Patience, Perseverance, Persistence
Qualifications
Bachelor's Graduate (BCom, BA, BBA, or any bachelor's degree or diploma)
Ideal Candidate for the Role
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of prior customer support experience
Recent graduates with excellent communication and microsoft excel skills
