Role Description This is a full-time hybrid internship role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work when required. The Sales Intern will play a key role in supporting Kaleido Studios’ business development efforts by identifying potential clients, managing initial outreach, coordinating with the marketing and project teams, and assisting in proposal preparation and follow-ups. The role provides hands-on exposure to B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and marketing pipeline coordination in a creative agency environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Researching and identifying potential leads in target industries (startups, tech, and service sectors) Coordinating with third-parties to manage and track warm leads Maintaining and updating the CRM with lead status and communication records Assisting in preparing proposals and sales decks with guidance from higher management Following up with prospects and scheduling discovery or pitch meetings Supporting social media and marketing teams in aligning outreach messaging with campaigns Preparing weekly sales reports and contributing to sales review meetings Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Interest in sales, marketing, and client relationship management Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to multitask and prioritize Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative Comfortable with tools like Notion, or CRM platforms Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication Prior internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
