Our core areas of expertise are UX, CMS, CRM, Commerce, Azure and AWS.

Location: REMOTE Must Have: BI Solution Development: Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions, utilizing the full Microsoft BI Stack.

Develop and implement BI solutions with a focus on data accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Azure Integration: Leverage Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration of ETL processes.

Implement and manage data pipelines in Azure to support BI initiatives, integrating No SQL data sources.

ETL Processes with SSIS: Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Ensure the integration of data from diverse sources into the BI ecosystem.

Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring they meet end-user needs.

Create visually appealing and insightful reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

SSAS and SSRS Expertise: Utilize SSAS for multidimensional and tabular data modeling.

Develop and maintain SSRS reports for operational and business reporting needs.

Performance Tuning and Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Implement best practices for indexing, partitioning, and query optimization, including No SQL-specific optimizations.

Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements.

Document BI solutions, data models, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Nice to Have : No SQL Database Expertise: Design, implement, and optimize high-performance No SQL databases, particularly Cosmos DB.

Ensure seamless integration of No SQL data into the BI ecosystem.

Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models to support business reporting and analytics needs.

Implement best practices in data modeling for scalability and flexibility, including No SQL data modeling.

Experience : Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role, with expertise in the Microsoft Azure Stack.

In-depth knowledge and expertise in ADF, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB (or any other No SQL DB), BLOB Storage.

Having knowledge or experience in SSAS, SQL Server, Power BI, SSRS, DAX Queries, DWH is added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
