The team helps clients make informed decisions, assess project feasibility, and identify growth opportunities in the maritime ecosystem.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, non-IT consulting role based in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The Junior Business Analyst will work with senior consultants on:Market research and industry analysis in ports, shipping, logistics and infrastructureData collection, validation, and basic financial / volume analysis in ExcelPreparation of project feasibility notes, presentations, and client reportsDesk research using reports, government data, and industry sourcesSupport in drafting proposals, concept notes, and internal documentsImportant Note – Non-IT / Non-Software ProfileThis role is suited for candidates interested in management consulting / sectoral research, not software or IT business analysis. The term Business Analyst is used very broadly across industries. For this position, we are specifically looking for a non-IT, non-software profile focused on business research, economics, trade and logistics – not on software, coding, ERP or system implementation. The candidate should have the following skills and orientation:Genuine interest and passion for economy, trade, efficiency and transportationGood awareness of business and economic developments at local, state and national levelAbility to analyse statistics in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, charts, etc.)Ability to prepare clear and structured Power Point presentationsAbility to write factual, grammatically correct report in Word, explaining the analysis and conclusionsAbility to present analysis and conclusions verbally in a concise mannerWe sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm of prospective candidates.
