Experience:
5+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting roles (Big 4, top-tier firms), or in leadership roles in start-ups (early to scale-up stages).
Experience in PMO role is highly desirable.
Brief Job Description:
In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership across India and the US to orchestrate strategic initiatives, design and implement impactful projects, and ensure seamless alignment with our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Execute Strategy:
Develop, refine, and implement strategic plans that directly influence NAV’s growth journey.
Act as the trusted advisor to leadership, translating organizational goals into clear and actionable strategies.
Drive Data-Backed Insights:
Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.
Leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and innovation.
Lead High-Stakes Programs:
Take ownership of mission-critical projects and programs, managing them from ideation to execution.
Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with measurable impact, driving alignment with NAV’s objectives.
Build Relationships that Matter:
Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across geographies.
Act as a connector, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment across diverse teams.
Champion Innovation and Excellence:
Be the torchbearer of a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, embrace technology, and adopt global best practices.
Partner with Leadership for Success:
Provide strategic and operational support to NAV’s senior leadership.
Lead efforts in financial planning, budgeting, and aligning resources with NAV’s vision.
