Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Overseas Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified blue-collar workers from overseas (India, Nepal & Sri Lanka to UAE or Gulf Regions) for various industries, including construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and more. The recruiter will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent to final placement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a recruiter, only in blue-collar recruitment
Strong understanding of international labor markets and blue-collar recruitment trends.
Familiarity with visa and immigration processes for overseas (Gulf or European regions) employment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and recruitment software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting workers for sectors such as construction, manufacturing, hospitality, or oil and gas.
Multilingual ability (e.g., knowledge of languages spoken in key recruitment regions) is an advantage.
Experience working with international recruitment platforms or agencies.
Work Environment:
This position may require occasional travel to overseas locations or partner offices.
Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to communicate with international candidates and clients.
