Job Description:
Preparation of Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of applicability of clauses, sections etc. and information through effective co-ordination with various functions
Providing consultancy on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications on overseas payments made by Indian entities after analyzing treaty benefits.
Preparation of Ledger Reviews, Preparation of Monthly MIS and monthly financials and other
management reports. Handling RBI Compliances
Handling Taxation and other compliance procedures for both Income Tax , Corporate Tax and GST.
Coordinating with Statutory Auditors and Government Authorities
