We’re Hiring: Senior Non-IT Recruiter | Hyderabad (On-Site)About the Role:Stelton Consulting is seeking a Senior Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and a proven ability to source top talent across multiple platforms. You’ll be a key contributor to our growing team and play a leadership role in driving successful client hires.Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS (must-have), along with Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards for candidate sourcing.- Collaborate with BDMs and the recruiting team to meet submission and hiring goals.- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.- Mentor junior recruiters and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of Non-IT recruiting experience.- LinkedIn sourcing expertise is mandatory (RPS experience preferred).- Proficiency with Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Team-player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:- Great incentives- Yearly performance bonus- Additional bonus for achieving targetsLocation: Hyderabad (Work from Office)To apply, send your resume to
