Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and versatile In-House Graphic Designer with Administrative Support skills to join our growing property buying agency based in London. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your graphic design expertise while also assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and real estate, with the ability to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design (70%)
  • Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, property listings, social media posts, email newsletters, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with the directors to develop visually appealing content for various digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, website).
  • Assist in the creation of branding assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Produce client-facing documents such as proposals, property reports, and promotional materials.
  • Create engaging infographics and visuals for market insights and property trends.
Administrative Support (30%)
  • Assist with scheduling property viewings, client meetings, and team appointments.
  • Support the team with document management, including preparing client contracts and maintaining digital files.
  • Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to client inquiries.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, and liaising with vendors.
  • Maintain the client database and update records with new client information and property requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with exposure to the real estate or property industry.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across digital and print media.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with property industry tools (e.g., Canva, WordPress, CRM systems) is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
